the only problem with the new mot is there are not many details so it could be read many ways
as it is at the moment an mot may have one year but is only in affect 24hrs after that any thing can happen or many would be taking mot stations to court when parts fail with in that year
as for the new mot being 2 years i dont have a problem with it as i like to keep on top with parts that need replacing
but i can see the price being double or more seeing as they have so many more checks to do
gone are the days when an mot was for safety its all about money get the older cars off the road so more new cars are sold
the government live in a different world they dont give a dam
about the lower class's
