You can't be serious... stickers are a mod? That's cracking me up!

Unless the stickers were 3M reflective, the wrong colour for their position (e.g. front, rear, or sides), and in the wrong place (e.g. covering the reg plate MOT failure), could I see any sort of justification for this.

You're not just pulling my leg are you? If so, consider it well and truly pulled!
