Re: 3 Door Clio - Reseal rear passenger window glass
I reasonably sure its the window that is leaking. I've been trying to find the source of the leak for a while now and when I took the interior plastic panels off and poured some water over the window, some water had built up on the inside.
It could be cracking in the frame as (I think) the car was involved in an accident with one of the previous owners.
I've put some general purpose silicone sealant on the area where I think it is leaking with the hope of it stopping the leak and confirming that it is indeed there.
Hopefully I can then either reseal it myself (although this sounds difficult from what you've said), do what you suggested or take it to a garage and hope it isn't too expensive. Would this be an expensive job for a garage?
