Moving Balance on Built in Philips Radio

Looking on the web I discovered that I can purchase a wee tool to help remove the radio to fix any problems (similar to the ford forks).

The reason why is I have discovered that the radio seems to fall to one side of the car (left) on occasions then return to equal balance.

Is this an easy problem to solve?

What should I be looking for a the back of the stereo, or should this be a garage job?

Currently in RodBell's garage:
