Re: Replacing rear roof spoiler 2004 Renault Megane II Estate

Hi there and welcome.

To be perfectly honest, I don't know, and I would doubt if many have had reason to venture down this path themselves.

However, I am regularly comissioned to dismantle and rebuild car bodywork, and what I would do would be to look closely at the replacement part for indications as to where the anchorage points are, and what kind of fittings are required (presumably you can re-use the ones on your car), and another thing I would do, is ask the staff at the breaker's yard how they removed it, making a point of asking for any spare clips, etc they undid.

They won't need or store them, and a few spares are always useful.

When fitting, if you can take some photos as you go, fellow members would certainly find a write-up and a how-to guide very useful.

Hope that helps, and best wishes,

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
