The first thing i would try if you can get at it try and cut a slot in it with a junior hack-saw and then try and get a flat blade screw-driver on it.If that fails all you can do is drill the top of,If you do it with the right size drill bit you should just take the head off and then you can remove the
and then remove whats left of the screw with some pliers.
