Re: Scenic - Parking brake fault!!!!

I just loosened the main nut clamping the cluster to the -ve terminal post.
Apart from radio code, you will probably find that the windows will only move in short steps, until they are reset.
To reset them, need to close them all, then hold them closed with their respective switch. (ie drive them past their limit for a few secs)
Pbm is, it sometimes doesn't work on one of the rears... I then wind them down, leaving it permanently stuck open!!
After a good swearing session/coffee, it then seems to start behaving when re-tested. (probably 'cos I've turned removed/replaced key in slot...who knows?)
I purchased latest Scenic from new, and the leccy handbrake never really sounded very refined.... wish they had just built it with nice straightforward lever/cables
Good Luck!
