Can't say for sure, but chances are it will probably be stuck on by double-sided pad as from what I can tell, its a fairly flat spoiler, and possibly 3 pretty useless screws.
My R26 spoiler was held in place by very strong double-sided pad which I had to cut through (using some very strong string - don't forget the gloves like I did!), and three screws (access by removing a bit of trim on the tailgate) which barely reached the spoiler - holes in the tailgate for no reason in IMHO!
