if your rear axle is chewing tyres up, get it adjusted with shims.
you can either go for stainless steel foil or plastic ones.
the rear axle is adjustable as the hubs (both drum and disc versions) are bolted on. If it bolts on it can be adjusted.

the price to get them done will be about 150 for a couple of hours work and alignment checks.

you just need to find a garage that can can fit shims and do the full alignment.

the renault specs for the rear axle are pretty lax(for all models). in some cases its beyond a joke

if you can get the toe adjuested to around -1.00 ~ -2.00 and the camber balanced between and within spec them then your ok.

Renault dealerships dont tend to splash out on Sun Laser Ramps, Volvo/Jag garages probably will!
