Grab yourself a tool like Madnoel suggested and the job is well easy.

Theres one of eBay at mo

Once you've down the job sell it to get your money back. It's far easier than dropping axle.

I did mine about 3-4 years ago so memory is fading.

But do one side at a time. Support the axle theres a mounting bracket with 3-4 bolts which need undoing. Before dropping the beam down check form any pipes, wires etc or and on one side there's the auto leveler device for teh lights that needs disconnecting. You only have to drop the axle enough to get the tool in. I think i might have even undone the bottom mouting of shock absorber too.

It goes one way to extract the bush, its a case of fixing cups either side of bush, connecting the threaded bar an un screwing.

Fitting is just as easy but you have to turn the tool around.
