Your English is great, far better than my Italian.
I'm not sure you have a sensor problem here. When you press the clutch in, it takes a loading off the engine allowing to run more freely. An increase in revs would indicate this.
You indicate that the problem persists, even when the engine is warm.
For now I'd check the throttle cable and linkage is free (If it catches slightly, could inhibit the throttle re-adjusting) or is there too much free play in the throttle cable, again too much would slow down the throttle re-adjusting.
But, if not already done, give the sensors mentioned at the top of this thread a good clean, it won't do any harm.
