Re: Buying advice on 1.4 Kangoo?

Hi Thomas3

In New Zealand Renault never imported Kangoo's so mine is like many second hand cars here is a Jap import. I would have liked a 1.6 but none are available. A local car dealer is bring in 2006 to 2008 mobility Kangoos 1.6 from England and getting between 15000 and 17000 pounds for them. Since we have no salt etc on the roads cars last a lot longer than the UK the expected life of a car here is probably 15 yearsedate rage life used to be 17 years so even 10 year old cars command high prices, this Kangoo cost me 3500 pounds which I think is a lot more than you would pay. Even my wife's Clio with 179000 miles will bring over 1000 pounds when we sell. All of my cars are in excellent condition and drive perfectly. Kangoo 9 years old, Laguna 8 years old and my wife's Clio 11 years
Currently in Kiwi's garage:
2003 Kangoo 1.4l 8 valve plus 2004 Laguna II plus 2001 Clio II
Kiwi is offline
