Before you replace the ECU ,I'd try and find a good auto-electrician with the equipment needed to reset the ECU and programme the throttle body .If you can't,then try a main dealer,although this is a last resort!.

I wouldn't want you you to spend out on a new ECU and for the problem still to be there.

If you could get back to us,Bex,and explain why you had to replace the ECU on the one you did,we might be able to confirm wether NOble needs an ECU or not...

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
