Personally speaking, I would raise any warranty issue, asap, rather than messing about with it myself, and potentially blow any warranty claim out of the water.
If I really had to have a 'go', myself, I would leave the hinges, and perform a small adjustment upwards on the striker plate, as there is usually quite a low tolerance on that part itself - see if that pulls the door back into alignment. Then I would be putting copious amounts of grease into the hinges to minimise future wear.
Doors are a nightmare to millimetrically adjust, which is why most of the fine-tuning comes from the latch end.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
