Agree with Paul 100% on the above comment. A soaked kitchen tissue works really well at removing bird droppings. I use this method all the time. Few years ago a colleague of mine who is a motorcyclist suggested this to me. Ever since i've been using this method. Works like a charm. Best thing is, its all taken off by water no additives
