Thats a good question!
My experience of warranties/insurances is that if there is any excuse for voiding cover,they will use it!
I suspect that if you had any electric faults associated with the system,then you could be on stony ground.This will include the alternator and battery as the sub and amp would put extra load on the system.
Also,any holes drilled for wiring or mountings into the bodywork could effect the corrosion guarantee in those areas.
It'll be interesting to hear other peoples thoughts or experiences on the subject.....
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
