Re: megane mk 2 hubs
what a pain of a job to an old schooler like me.
I remember when it took half an hour to replace a lower suspension arm, not anymore.
I tried in vain to get the lower ball joint in and couldn't get it in,I decided to remove the lower suspension arm along with the hub and grip the hub upside down in the vice, then I could hold the suspension arm in the correct position and wack it in with a rawhide mallet, I even applied heat to the opening to get it moving. It was incredibly tight. All back together now and running happy.
I didn't know if it would fit back on the car as it was hub and sus arm joined together but it fitted up no problem.
