thanks for taking the time to reply, and in no way am i saying you are wrong its just my opinion that i think that its not fair that if i had to pay for the repair the dealer would warranty his work and parts it just doesn't make any sense to me
That's where the difficulty arises the warranty agreement is not
between you and the dealer but between you and Renault UK. In this case the dealer isn't in a position to offer you any extended warranty even if he wanted to.
You would need to approach Renault UK for clarification after all they will be paying for the repairs to be carried out.
