Hi there and welcome.

I doubt if many have removed their bumper, but I've removed a few bumpers on various other cars.

How I would go about this would be to get the rear of the car off the ground (on axle stands), and remove the rear wheels.

I would then undo the rear half of the wheelarch liners to allow access to the retaining bolts.

I would then get under the car, as the bumper will be secured to the floorpan across the rear.

Then, I would place some padding under the bumper, and open the tailgate - there will probably be some bolts securing the bumper to the car at that point.

The bumper should then come away from the car.

Refitting should be the reverse order of the above.

Are you fitting parking sensors?
