Blocked sunroof drains are quite a common occurance on all cars. Typically they get blocked near the bottom where the water exits the underside of the car. You can get a long thin piece of wire and gently poke it down the drain hole on both sides of the sunroof and then pour some hot water down them to clear any residual crud left in them.
Black smoke out of the exhaust is not neccessarily a problem, it could just be indicative of a gently driven car that has a carbon build up in the exhaust system. An "Italian Tune-up" should sort this out, drive it like you stole it for a while and blow all the crap out. If it still smokes after that then it might be an issue.
