Question Brakes just caused me to discover adrenaline is brown!

Just driving home from work and my brakes felt a bit spongy. Next set of traffic lights they felt ok but seemed to fade. repeatedly pressing the brake slowed me down but very juddery and still fading.
just as i turned into my road the STOP light and red brake light came on the dashboard and my brakes now seem to have been replaced with a custard slice!

Lights on the dash come on and off but the brake pedal hits the floor before it does anything, and it is very little then!

Brake fluid is slightly lower than normal but not to the degree that it would cause failure like this.

Anyone else had this problem or knows the cure?

Cheers peeps (off to shower the adrenaline off now!)
