I had a wheel cylinder go the other day on the Mrs's car, bad times - don't forget to look at/in your drums for fluid. If you're lucky they'll be a clear drainage point (for dust) and on the mounting plate of brake shoes might be a grommit for peeking at brake shoe condition. If any fliud on any of your brake pads they must be renewed, nasty stuff that fluid. Hope this helps, best of luck!
