How to find rear brake disc and pads part numbers?

Hi, I need to get some new rear pads and discs for a Laguna 2 (55 reg) GT 205 Turbo Tourer Petrol.

I want to buy genuine parts off Ebay as I have some cash from selling bits in my Paypal account and it is more convenient to have stuff delivered than go buy it.

I would like to know if there is any way to find out the part numbers of bits for my car - like for BMWs where you put your chassis number in and you can search.

Or maybe all the rear brakes are the same and there is just one part number?

Thanks in advance as always.
