1997 Renault Megane Cabriolet F7R Wheel Bearing?

My right front wheel bearing is dying on my car.

1997 Renault megane Cabriolet 2.0 16V F7R.

Bought a new bearing today witch has the following measurements: 37x37x72mm.

This bearing is to smal. The bearing on my car is much bigger: 40x36x84mm. It's also fastened with metal locking rings on both sides. Much larger metal lock rings than the on that i got with the bearing i bought.

I can't seem to fint this anywhere, anyone have clue?

In the process of changing this the threads on both the driveshaft(for the lock nutt) and the tie rod went to hell. So i'll have to change these parts aswell.

The brakepressure somewhat disapeared aswell.

Time to buy i new car?
