Re: 2002 Clio (Mk2 Ph2) Headlight Bumper removal
To remove the front bumper, you need to unscrew the under guards to gain access to the bolts on the back of the bumper. screws are usually a T20 (torx bit) and the bolts behind there will be a 10mm bolt. the bumper will slide forward from there when all the bolts.screws are removed.
Under the bumper, there should be approx 6 x 10mm bolts securing the bumper to the chassis. and on the top of the bumper under the bonnet there should be a mixture of T20 screws and possibly 2 x 10mm bolts.
In short, the bumper will not come off unless the bolts are removed, so if the bumper doesnt come off, you will have missed a screw or bolt somewhere. Also, remember to unplug the wiring loom if it applies to your car.
The headlamp, then has 3 x 10mm bolts securing it to the car. Again, unplug any wiring before removing the headlamp.
Hope this helps.
