Take off the plastic caps covering the nuts which secure the wiper arms to the spindles. A small screwdriver will lever those off easily. Remove the nut for the arm in question. I then find it easier to take arm off spindle by bending the wiper arm up where it naturally springs up halfway so it is at 90 degrees (this is very easy - don't bend the solid part of the arm and break it of course!) Gently rock the arm back and forth on spindle and it should release. Put the arm straight again and position wiper on windscreen and tighten the nut.
