Yes, it's no different to adjusting any other car. Lift the cover, loosen the nut, pop up the arm- can be very tight - and move the arm up to where you would prefer it to sit, then retighten the nut & replace the cover.
That might be the simple answer but I suspect there my be excess play in the wiper mechanism. It's usually a bearing that's worn. These are quite easily replaced and are readily available. They are the same size as skateboard wheel bearings and are cheap as chips. You'll see the tell tale sign of a worn bearing from the rust staining on the mechanism once you lift the covers.
