Laguna II rear break pads/disc/caliper

I had the rear break pads and disc replaced about 1000-1500 km ago on Laguna II, and found some strange thing. If I'm breaking nicely just to slow down I can still hear them squeaking a bit, but If I step on it its soundless. And the other thing is if the handbrake applied one of my rear wheels ( driver side) can be moved by hand, not much, doesn't spin like wheel of fortune but can be moved around. Other side is fine, and if step on the brake both wheels act normally. Only have the issue on rear driver side and only with handbrake, seems to me only stopping the wheel like in 90%. I think its the caliper, but I will take it back to my friend's garage to sort it out.

I don't know how long I've this problem, only found it yesterday as the car was lifted up and when grab the wheel it moved.
Currently in Velgdran's garage:
