I'm not sure about the Scenic, but on the Lagunas, the ones with cruise control have a different steering wheel (with the cruise control buttons built in.) Getting factory spec cruise control sounds expensive.

There's plenty of after-market ones though. I did fit one once, many moons ago, but it was back in the days of carburettors and throttle cables. The one thing I learned (and it was a costly mistake) was to avoid the vacuum operated ones like the plague and go for one with an electric servo. I'm not sure even that's relevant in these days of 'drive by wire' where I doubt there's any need for a servo at all.

This website might be worth a look. It's just the first thing that turned up on a Google search, but it does mention that they do a model that works on the Megane.
