Re: Renault Twizy - useful info
I hadn't thought of changing the headlights. The indicators are a pain to get to so it was those I was thinking of. I'm a big fan of LED lighting and I have rooms in the house that are only LED lit. In fact my motorhome only has LED lighting inside.
On the Twizy the lighting comes from a second battery a 12V one. Anything that saves having to charge that up as much from the main battery has to be good.
I can see the 12v lead acid battery failing first and pulling the traction batteries down.
The german twizy forum has alot on windows and luggage boxes on the outside. Also a Twizy equiped with blue flashing lights. Shame I cannot read German and Google makes a bit of a mess.
Currently in osbrook's garage:
Black and Blue Renault Twizy Colour.
