Fantastic eBay store for these parts: J-R-CV-JOINTS-DRIVESHAFTS

I think someone will recognise this one. Look at the price of those Clio Drive Shafts! I'm considering both sides as my 2000 Clio is not as tight as it should be.

With it being the drivers side, you should be able drop the shaft out without losing oil . Pop the new one in with some bearing/cv grease to help.

The bush doesn't need replacing, do the whole dog-bone mount for under 15 and about 10 minutes of your time.

Haven't got much of a clue about the rear springs. I know on my Passat it was about 5 hour job for just one as all the interior trim at the back had to come out and the bolts to undo the mount cover were under the cover.

From looking in the boot though and the plastic caps on the mounts, this looks far simpler on the Clio with some spring clamps.

I think the garage may make it sound worse than it is, but sounds fairly easy to me.
Currently in mah14681's garage:
2001 Clio Mk2 Ph1 1.2 16v Sport, 2001 Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.6 LX (95)
