Jacking misshap

Hi, need a bit of help from you bodywork experts out there as im not one. Here's my dilemma:

Im a mechanic, my Mum has a Renault Scenic the 2004 model & it needed a service so it was only right to help her out. So me & a friend, who is an apprentice for me & offered to help me out, decided to crack on. I asked him to jack the car up & put it on axle stands & as he jacked the car up, in the wrong place I should add, it has slipped off & dented the sill pretty badly. I tried to pull it out but it was no use. I looked straight away for replacement but it seems to be connected to the entire inner structure of the car.

Was wondering what the best course of action would be? All suggestions welcome thanks.
