Smile Re: front brake pad replacement

Hello having read the replies re releasing the blead nipple to push piston back I personally have never done this only thing I have done is to remove fluid filler cap.

When you changed your pads what exactly did you do ie did you open the nipple and when blending what method did you use. Have you checked the nipples to ensure one of them is not weeping?

What you can try is if you put a pair of vice grips on the front flexibles and try the pedal if there is a leak at calipar the pedal should be hard then you will know where to focus your attention.

Let me know how you get on.
