I have exactly the same problem on my Lag II DCi.

New front discs, new pads all round, used a vacuum pump to change fluid by extracting it through all four calipers and then bled each one individually too.

With the ignition off, the pressure is good and the pedal solid when pressed. With the ignition on, the pressure ebbs away as if there is a bleed nipple open, but there are no leaks. But yes, when you press the pedal with the engine running it is as if there is a an air leak.

What the hell is that?
