The brakes may bind after being used and gather some heat so it is hard to tell. Just jacking the car up and checking when cold isn't always a good check. Have you checked the back of the discs for corrosion? Could also be due to sticking handbrake cables. If the brake problem showed up during the brake test then another test centre may find exactly the same problem.

Have you actually checked the CV boot gaiters still have their retaining clips in place?

The test centre is entirely wrong regarding the undertray - I suggest you report them to VOSA.

An incorrect wiper blade could cause poor vision during rain, etc.

Thank goodness where I live the MOT test centres are not permitted to do repairs or give advisories - either the car passes or fails.
