In all honesty I wouldn't recommend a fast-fit outlet but you should consult either Renault or a company that specialises in disability conversions. It's most likely your car is already heavier than average. I think it may be possible to use suspension units from an uprated commercial Renault van but in all hionesty only Renault could answer that question.
It would seem the designers of disability scooters and wheelchairs are making them heavier nowadays with no thought of how they will be transported or handled. My disabled sister-in-law has a new electric wheelchair which packs up in the rain if the controls get damp and takes a least two fully fit people to push her and the chair home in an emergency.
