Rear bearings are pressed in, however they can be removed by Brute force & ignorance. (Big hammer & chisel /punch ). You should also use a puller to get part of the old bearing off the stub axle,( again though a grinder has been known to be used carefully here as well). Refitting the bearing is fairly easy the taper roller on the stub axle can be put back on using a fairly robust piece of tubing just large enough to go over the stub axle yet small enough to fit up against the inner part of the taper roller bearing, then carefully tapped home. As for the outer races of the beatings that sit in the brake drum ,these again should be pressed in, however carefully find a socket the same size as the bearing and use this as a guide for tapping in the bearing. Just make sure that you fit the races the correct way round as the inner & outer races fit the opposite way to each other. Easy really :-)
