With the cambelt change I'd get the water pump done at the same time as if that fails after you've had the belts changed you will have too pay for new belts all over again as they shouldn't be loosened then tightened again.
Also look at getting the dephaser pulley changed as there a common failure.
I got a cambelt change done at k-tec racing in Dorset when i had my 182 for around £550 much cheaper than Renaults £700 they quoted me.
