Some MOT Advisory advice.

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place but it looked like the best place to start.

I have just managed to find my last MOT details on the direct gov website (I bought the car in april but it had no MOT certificate with it). There are a few advisory notes on there that for a new car owner like me sound a bit scary and I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light on what they mean and are they likely to need sorting at my MOT come January. Also could these be doing damage to other parts of my car and is it worth getting them looked at sooner rather than later.

I have recently just had new suspension on the front and a new steering rack along with 2 new front tyres and my tracking fixed.

Here is the list;

Nearside Track rod end ball joint has slight play (2.2.B.1f)

Nearside Front constant velocity joint gaiter damaged, but preventing the ingress of dirt (2.5.C.1a)

Brake load sensing valve stiff (3.6.E.3)

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
