Hi and welcome.

If you had the rack replaced I would imagine the worn track rod end would have been replaced if it was deemed necessary at the same time.
As far as the cv joint gaitor damage, I imagine it'll need checked before the MOT.
The load sensing valve may need freeing off before the MOT. Usually a small bit of work with some WD40 or the likes will do the trick.

I'd look at the receipt you got from wherever replaced the rack to see if they changed the t/r/e or secured the gaitor. I expect you will have been billed for any parts they replaced.
