No it's not bad good in fact mostly as I live in the sticks and don't do the boy racer thing but it does show how things change in cold weather.
You see lots of electric assisted cycles and a few electric scooters as in the 2 wheel variety round here, but apart from the Prius not a sniff of any electric only cars, there used to be a Bedford van with Electric Powered written all over it a few years back but it seems to have gone and there is a milk float but not the same thing.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?
