Grinding/Judder through break pedal

Just bought a 1.6 sport alize, on the last MOT advisory it said read disc inner faces corroded and pitted.

Having looked at the disc it seems the corrosion in removing each time I use the car, however when I break at low speeds with low pressure applied to the breaks I can hear a dud dud dud sound and feel it through the break pedal. Sometimes it feels as though it is about to lock the wheels.

However breaking at higher speeds with more pressure applied to the break pedal seems fine, nothing wrong with stopping at all.

Do the rear discs need changing, if so where is the cheapest place to get them, I know Eurocarparts do them about 40+
