According to haynes-
Rear hub nut 175 Nm or 129 lbf ft using new nut
Carrier to hub 60Nm or 44 lbf
Caliper to carrier 32Nm or 26 lbf using new bolts
Ball joint clamp bolt 60Nm or 44 lbf
Ball joint bolts 65Nm or 48 lbf
You should change pads at same time as discs and may get some new bolts with pads.
All the brake bolts should have thread lock on them so they don't come loose.
Ps. Buy yourself a manual to make your life easier.
