I have had this before with kits i have got from eBay .
Im my case it turned out they supplied the wrong pulley. My original was Orange in colour, where as the supplied one in the kit was Black.
The ebay seller did confirm there were different colours for the pulleys.
So i used my original pulley on the motor which luckily was in good shape. It all fitted perfectly !.

PS: Put some greese on the cables before you refit into the car. The main killer of these windows seems to be corrosion on the cable.
