The nut won't turn as it's nylock and the pin is spinning as its taper is no longer engaged in the hub.
Use a trolley jack to carefully re-engage the taper (don't lift the car!), remove nut, spin nut back on by hand a couple of turns, use a soft-faced mallet to release the pin.
