I was wondering if anyone can help me, I'm having the same sort of problems, and I don't know what else to try. My car was cutting out on low revs, say when approaching a junction or roundabout, I have had a new idle control valve and now the cutting out has stopped and when i first turn the car on it idles nicely at approx 900, but when the car is warm the revs drop to 400/500 and the car it jumpy, when i stop at lights etc the car shakes really bad and the revs jump from stalling to 1000 plus, then straight back down again to nearly stalling (where all light come on) then it pulls its self back, but it is really badly shaking and also sometimes when driving it feels as if there is no power (2nd gear seems to be worse) then when i finally chug to about 3000 revs it seems to be ok again, until i change gear then 3rd gear feels like its got no power.

I have also recently had it on the computer that picked up no faults, I also had the ECU re-set to see if this would help, were it seemed to drive better for a while, the problem started again, seemed to be once the car had warmed up.

Like the most people, I haven't got a lot of money so don't want to keep taking to garage to try the odd thing here and there as cant afford it, also definitely can not afford a new car, so any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need anymore info on what's happening please let me know.

Many thanks
