More Airbag light problems

Hi there,

I have the same problem... following a service by Renault -the message back on the paperwork reagrding this is:

"Clip Test Trace back to Airbag Ribbon" "Needs Replacing".

I'm assuming this is a slightly different issue??? Can anyone let me know how I fix?

I susepct that the airbag ribbon is the rotating connector behind the steering wheel that connects the airbag to the wiring loom.

I would get clarification from your dealer about what exactly the comment means, but if it is the rotating connector, then it's not a DIY fix.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
