Trafic Rear Disc / Pad Replacement

Going to GSF sometime today to pick up Discs and Pads, after reading previous posts just got a few questions before getting my hands dirty.
Getting the more expensive discs from GSF - are the bearings pre-fitted in the new discs? Suppose that'll be answered when I pick them up!
Reading Haynes Manual, pushing the pistons back in they use retraction tool - clockwise rotation only. One of the previous threads mentioned clock and counter clock depending on which side. On my Xantia both sides are clockwise. I take it clockwise is correct. On the Xantia the 'rim' of the piston is castle-ated so with improvisation of alternative tools, I could push and turn as required. Does the Trafic have similar 'slots' in the rim of pistons?
