My car (not a Renault) does this in wet weather. The only real fix is to strip down the brake shoes and apply a thin smear of high melting point grease or copperslip to the pivots and points where corrosion is causing the shoes and hub to stick together. DO NOT APPLY A SMEAR THE THE BRAKING SURFACE OF THE DRUMS OR DISCS.
