The listing is fairly vague with a few warning notes.
There might be different versions depending on roll bar thickness. I would advise getting them from a dealers unless your local factor has a listing for them.

They slip on the end of the bar. Held in place by a clamp. Clamp held by nut and bolt through lower arm.

The caliper or pads might need freeing up as you said.
Could also be a sticking handbrake cable or the handbrake lever at the caliper.
Plenty of scope for sticky bits under there.
